Add my name to the list of suckers who have been duped by this company. I also submitted all required forms as instructed. I haved called customer service also and received their endless list of excuses and still no rebate. If I had checked this website before my purchase, I could have avoided this problem.
I am filing a complaint with the MN attorney general. Because their rebate center is located in MN, where I live, perhaps this will do some good. WE can only hope that these con artists will be forced to pay for their deceit.
