For two months, our service was nonexistent or so crappy that it might as well have been nonexistent. Called customer service, a technician was sent. The technician looked at the box and told us we needed a new cable box, ignoring the fact the Internet didn't work either. He then left.
This begins the two month period of no service. For the next two months, we've contacted customer service, and had techs come out to our place, with no improvement. After two months, a technician comes, and the problem goes away. We are then greeted with a shut off notice for not paying for the months we had no service. I figure, no service, no payment. We should not be forced to pay for service we never received. We call customer service again, and they give us a tiny credit, and a deadline.
