Back in April I contacted Jackie via website: www.toypoodles.org as she claimed to carry only teacup poodles. She also said she send them to Japan send them to Japan and knew how to do it.
I ararnged my Japanese friend to fly snd together we were going to visit her kennel and look at her puppies for sale. I requested pictures of hopefulls to be sent to me via e-mails and we like waht we saw. My friend paid over $1000 for airfare, I booked hotels in Calhan, Co for 2 niughts, bought 2 airfares from Seattle to Colorado spriiings, rented a car too. All in all was $1700 plus.
As I spoke to variius breeders online many came forward, strongly aadviced me not to buy any dogs fromn her as she lies waht she 's go.in the mean time I sent a deposit of $300 to secure a dog in her e-mail. She replied to me saying I responded too late and dog was sold. I told her and copied her own e-mail saying she would never sell that dog other than to me!
I got upset and told her to return my money order. I have never been cheated by other breeders. She sent back a reply, no problem (meaning I will get my money order back). 2 days later I checked my bank and she cashed the money order on the day i said I wanbted a refund. I cancelled trips and adviced my Japanese friend to cancell ehr trip. Her expenses lost at this point is $700 as Orbitz will not refund any but $118 for cancellation. I sent numerous mails, no reply.
I sent a threat letter adviced my lawyer, still no reply.in a mean time many breeders heard about me and Jacklyn's troubles came forward and told their ordeals to me. I was lucky not to get her dogs. There are despute of DNA, wrong size dogs were sent to another, shabby dog, inbreeding, and many got toy size not teacup size.
One breeder adviced me if I bought any from her she would refuse to sell any of her dogs to me. Her blood pressure went up as I was on the phone with this breeder. Not just me butJacklyn upset many people. Her husband is supposed to be in a military service there and some are seriiusly going to report him to his superior as he is also an active participant in this rip off. I never saw my refund.
