Freecreditreport.com - Broadcasts a national TV commercial many times a day. They say; you can get a free credit report by visiting their website. However, it's really a scam where anyone who visits the site and signs up for a free credit report gets tricked.
In order to get your free credit report you are required to pay a small one time fee by credit card.
Later, you get an access code to view your credit information and never expect any type of wrong doing.
What they fail to tell you is that a company named 'Triple Advantage' alias 'Free Credit Report' has already charged your credit card $12.95 and will continue to do so each month until "an expiration period of 12 months has been reached".
