Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing collected $1500 Now another company is trying to collect on the same bill after it's been paid

Allied Interstate/Interstate Allied collected $1500.00, from me for Household Bank. This was about eighteen (18) months ago. Now another company is trying to collect on the same debt.
