I purchased my mattress on March 18th the first couple of weeks the mattress was ok. Two months ago I started smelling a bad odor, it smelled like a rodent had died and was rotting. For two weeks I started looking for a mouse or something, but could not find anything.
I thought it was my pillow so I washed those but the smell continued. Then I decided to cut into the mattress and the odor was so overwhelming that it knocked me back. Today I called 1-800-mattres, and was told that someone was going to call me back. I waited but no one called. I called again and some young man told me that no supervisor will be there until Tuesday.
He took my name and invoice number and say they will not be able to get back to me until Tuesday. I told him that as of last Thursday I was not sleeping on a mattres. He said he was sorry and there was nothing he can do.
