This merchant took my order on April 29th. After 3 weeks I e-mailed to request the status since no product had arrived. Received no answer to e-mail.
After a month, ordered from another e-tailer (who delivered it within 4 days).
After 5 weeks, received an e-mail saying the order was on its way. When I wrote to tell them I no longer needed the order, they blamed me for never writing to cancel the order. Item arrived on June 12th. Now I have 2 orders, only needed one, and did not get either one when I really needed them.
Apparently they can ignore e-mails, and not indicate their intentions, but customers are supposed to keep sending e-mails. Anyone else think 6 weeks is too long for typical pet supplies?
