I ordered a product from Empirepets.com and was immediately charged for it. After a couple days I received an email that the product was no longer available and I could get a credit or a refund. I requested a refund. After 4 weeks, 4 phone calls, and 12 emails I still haven't gotten the refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back.
