In early 2006 I changed my long distance carrier to BRW, because of their advertised low rates. Unfortuneatly, I did not check them out before I made the move.
In May, they billed my credit card twice, and it took many days to finally get the problem resolved, because there is no way to directly contact a representative other than by email. It takes days to get a response from an email inquiry.
Due to the abysmal customer service, and the difficulty in trying to directly contact anyone to resolve any kind of an issue, my dealings with BRW have been frustrating to say the least.
I would not reccommend their company to anyone.
