I filed a complaint to ESBI when I noticed a charge on my Verizon home phone/internet bill for 15.85. I could not get through to Verizon via phone so I emailed them asking what this was? The responce was via email "we will contact you in 3-5 business days".
Next I went to ESBI's websight and filed a complaint / explaination for this charge and let them know the following:
! Inquiries: Your company billed Verizon for 15.85 ESBI charges. I AM NOT AN
ESBI CUSTOMER, Inform VERIZON to remove this billing I have already
contacted the better business Bureau.

Two days later (today) I recieved this email:

Advertises the service via Internet.
Please be advised that full credit of $14.95 plus tax has been issued as of today for the charge in dispute. As the credit has been sent directly to the local telephone company, please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the local telephone company bill. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I resent an email today letting them know the $ amount was incorrect. Will follow up on results.
