I ordered their sample for $1.99 on 2/22/06 and ended up being ripped off for $99.90 from my checking account and had to close my account due to Burn2Fat and eCurves tied to withdraw additional funds as well.
Filed a report with my bank (Bank of America) but they denied my refund stating that I should have read their fine prints. But at that time their fine prints were not displayed on the order page, only a Big Sign in RED "Hurry while Supplies Last"
Now Mr. Jason Brailow, I have put in my refund request per your instructions and have not received a confimation that my email has been received and I have sent it three times.
What you have done to so many of us is beyond words and I will contine to haunt you for my hard earned money back.
I pray that the retribution that you and your family must face is a million times more than what we had to endure and a copy of your refund request procedures is now being forwarded to the attorney general.
This is now a matter of principle and I assure I am going to take this to every level and to everyone who will pay attention.
