On Sat May 7th, I ordered flowers online to be delivered on Mothers Day May 8th. I did not receive any email confirmation, nor did my mom get the flowers. However, they DID charge my credit card.
For the last 3 days, I have tried non stop to get ahold of the company to get a refund.
I sent an email, it was returned. I've sent a fax, it went unanswered. I've left voice mails, not returned.
I've looked up every single phone number I can find on this company, and in most cases, I am on hold for 10-15 minutes, then get disconnected. Once or twice I've reached a voice mail box. Most are "full", and the couple of messages I have left, have not been returned.
I am now having to file a claim with my credit card company, but will also contact the BBB and Attorney General.
