Ripoff tax fraud keeping credit card tips from employees pocketing cash payments from customers not carrying insurance on employees no workers comp or sign off's from workers comp

Dianna sullivan is not an honest employer. She tells her employees that they are considered indapendant contractors so she doesn't have to pay social security tax, state tax, and local taxes. She keeps credit card tips for herself that customers pay and doesn't redeem them to her employees. We work by the hour of a wage and i feel that this is fraud, tax evasion, and just all around not a good employer to work for.
