It has been a nightmare with this company.
My service has been cut off twice because they can not get their billing straight.
I sent my payment they cash the check and the payment was not posted unitl three months later.
I did not use my phone for two months and i still received a huge bill from them.
When i call customer service (if you can call it that) i was hung up twice and when i finally got through they put me on hold for 15 min. And it was a waist of time i could not get any answers from them all they said was i needed to pay the amount of my bill.
The bill is over $500 and i did not even use the phone for two months.
I can not wait untill my contract is over!
