Upon reciving an unusually high bill from mci, i attempted to call the customer service number located on the bill. I was hung up on by the first person i talked and when i called back i was continually transfered from one person to another. I talked to five seperate people and was patronized by each one.
Since i began my service 9 months ago it has been nothing but trouble. My phone was cut off once by accident. I've been sent bills late and am constanlty sent duplicate bills. I will end my dealings with MCI/Worldcom as soon as my one year contract runs up.
