I applied for this company thru Greyhound because passport to fun was offering a FREE $50 gift card if you sign up with them, i went ahead and did it. Well comes to find out that i have tried to recover my gift card and cancel my account which they (Kevin and his supervisor). Which who i spoke to from passport, told me that I have to be and active member in order to recover my gift card and that is not what i was told by greyhound even when I spoke to a representative from passport to fun. Which also told me that I would receive my gift card no matter what.
WEll the representatives that i mentioned at first insist that i will not get my card if i cancel at anytime. I have sent my claim form to receive my card, which i hope to get, by mail and am waiting to see how long it takes before they deduct another $19.95 form my bank account if i don't receive my card with in the next two weeks, they will be deducting my monthly payment because i have to be an active member to receive it and then i have to wait again another three weeks to cancel my account so i can be sure to receive my gift card. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
