These jerks charged me $75 for 2 floral arrangements that were to be delivered 5/12. One was delivered the 13th and the other NOT AT ALL.
They refuse to issue me a refund although they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They state that the recipients are happy. NO SHIT??? The recipients didn't pay $75 for crappy service and to get treated like an idiot by customer service. I am the paying customer, I am dissatisfied, and I want my $75 back!!!
