I have been stuck with FDN Communications and have had problems from day one. The person who signed me up left the company (FDN) immediately after signing me up. I had no communication. My bank account was not drafted with payment so my business phone was disconnected. After paying almost $500 to restore a $29/month phone service, I gave them my billing address (to 2 different departments) to make sure this would not happen again. I should also mention the rude people who talk to you like you are just dirt. I feel so small when I talk to these people. Anyway here we are. My last payment was March 10th, in April they once again failed to draft payment, they did not send a single bill to my billing address, And my business has lost who knows how much money due to this situation. Today they drafted $145 from my account so I call them up. I say Great. You have your money so now you can reconnect my service. And with the worst attitude she tells me that it was my final payment and not to resote service. I ask her, if you can take out this payment the why don't you take out the monthly bill. She says she didn't know. I asked about my billing address. She says they don't have it. But here I am looking at it on the contract I have with them but she says they don't have it. To end a good conversation, she says "I'll call you back" and hangs up on me.
