This website declined me from working for them at home from my computer (and I worked with them in person at their physical site before). This is based on a "survey" of about 20 "like" and "dislike" questions. I heard on the CBS Morning Show that a lot of companies are starting the hiring "survey" based on your personality. I think this is the most unfair thing a company can come up with. People are not the same! And it is unconstitutional—you are going to hire who you want—it is biased and prejudiced to the public!
