I have been receiving surveys from Survey Spot for many years.
(1) I lost over 500 credits (not enough to redeem them for cash) when they switched to quarterly drawings, although the website says that there are still surveys that pay cash.
(2) This year I've only received credits for surveys done before mid-June.
(3) Many questions make no sense whatsoever and I have had to dump some surveys because it won't allow me to continue — EXAMPLE: Today's survey on cell phones — there are 3 household members and 2 cell phones. This is a community property state so I own both phones but do not use them. The survey won't let me say that I or another household member do not use the cell phones. Yet they want me to tell them that 3 people use 2 cell phones, which the survey won't accept nor will it accept that 1 or 2 of the household members does not use a cell phone — we have it for emergencies.
(4) Many surveys cannot be reached and I've gotten the message that surveys have closed when I've just received them.
(5) There is no contact information for them either in the survey emails nor on their website.
(5) I sure get a lot of rather short magazine surveys asking whether I've looked at certain ones or not. For the use of my time I should at least get minimum credits. As of now I will delete all future emails about magazines.
