Ripoff slow prossessing

Slow prossessing-I sent in my order and paid the fees with my debit card on April 12. When I call the 800#, no one ever answers the phone.

I sent in my order via internet on April 12 and paid with my debit card. I have not heard anything at all regarding my order and when I try to call the 800#, no one ever answers.
What gives?
