We paid incorporattime.com funds to form an LLC for us. The funds were even expressed mailed. After weeks of delays, un-returned telephone calls, and refusal to respond to our e-mails, we are forced to file this report.
It appears that these people are engaging in mail fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering to perpertuate their scam. Our next step is the New York office of the FBI. The Secretary of State for the state we chose for incorporation has received nothing from incorporatetime.com
