Walz transport's e-mail to me:

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Walz Auto Transport is an agent/broker for you. We arrange for the transportation of your vehicle by finding an appropriate carrier. We do not physically move your vehicle.
Walz stated they would have my car picked up on 4/30/05. I had car broker wait all day for the pick-up. Transporter did not pick-up and did not call broker. I called Walz and they provided number for the driver. I called the driver and he stated he did not know why Walz stated car would be picked up on 4/30/05 as he would not even be in California until 5/4/05. I paid walz a higher fee for immediate pick-up.
I cancelled order, as Walz had misled me about the expedition of my vehicle. I requested my $150.00 deposit be returned, as he had misled me to believe my car would be expedited immediately.
Of course Walz charged $150.00 to my credit card immediately and hung phone up on me as I spoke very kindly and mannerly with him about the situation.
I would recommend that no person use WALZ AUTO TRANSPORT SERVICE.
Page 5 of contract does state customer will be charge $150.00 for cancellation, but due to the fact Mr. Walz flat out lied to me, I requested my deposit back. Mr. Walz good luck to you and your family run customer service is # 1 transport service. What comes around goes around. God be with you!
