In January we paid $7000 down for this company to put a metal roof on the house and shed.
Rick told me he would replace the wood after removing the vents but did not. When I called him to remind him he did not listen. When the roof was done they did not do the flashing on the chimney and there are nails that went through the eaves of the house. Then he asked for the other half because of "bills" he had to pay. My husband paid in full and Rick and his crew. The next week this company tore off the shingles on the shed and left it that way for over 5 weeks. It poured rain in my shed and ruined some of the wood I have in there and soaked my generator.
When I called Rick he said he would put a tarp over the shed if it rained again, he did not. Last month, in March the crew came out to put the metal roof on the shed. I told Rick I wanted new felt as that was soaked and did not stick. He did not put it on and did not finish the shed. I called the owner, Brian and he has not returned my calls since January. I have sent a registered letter they received and have told me 4 different times they would come to finish the work. They still have not shown up. They were paid in full on Feburary 17. I will have to hire another roofing company to finish the job and fix the damage of the rain and then take this company to court. I reported this company to the BBB and the roofing company never responded. I sent a letter to the news company and the attorney general.
