I bought a Tuff Shed and it was scheduled for a ONE DAY installation 22 Oct. Today is 25 Oct and I am still waiting from them to come and finish the roof and roof vents. So far I have picked up a growing handful of screws. Nails and roofing nails out of the driveway along with a worn saw blade. They were here until 9 P.M. On the 22nd trying to apply the roofing in the dark and in the rain. I expected they would finish it the next day which would have made me happy. But for their convienience they waited until they were coming this way to complete another job. They told me they had to finish that shed first and then they will come and finish mine. I had to call them to find out when they were going to finish the ONE DAY installation and was given a date of the 25th period. No other option. When I called on the 25th the gal I spoke with was extremely rude and talked over me telling me that someone would be there when they could. Never again. Not a good customer relations experience! We chose to paint it ourselves to match the house so the shed came "primed". Miserable quality paint that was chipped in places on the door.
