Ripoff - overcharging month after month no accountability for their errors

Since January1 I have been trying to get Pacific Gas and Electric to honor my doctors medical baseline request. I sent the form in January 1st and they did not even process it until several weeks later and then just the electrical portion not the gas. Then they made me have my doctor fill out the whole thing again and re-submit it. This was on March 1st.

As of April they have not credited me on the gas as of 3/1/06 and the new bill reflects medical baseline from 3/15 to 3/31 and then from 4/1/06 to 4/12/06 they took it off again. They are counting on you not noticing when they scam a few more bucks for themselves with erroneous charges or so called mistakes of their computer. Since I should have had this medical baseline since January 1 and didn't because they changed the rules, I have had to pay hundreds of dollars more than I should have. This company was bailed out by the taxpayers during their Enron scam and they are still at it ripping us off.
