In 2003 I purchased a Toshiba 51 inch Projection TV and payed $399.99 for extended service plan from HH Gregg.in January TV would not turn on. Called repair service set up appointment, repair man showed up 1 week later 02/07 had to order part. Came back on 02/21 needed more parts this went on for 3 months. It is now going on 4 months I have spoken with a GE service manager many times in the past 3 months they keep saying that they have contacted HH Gregg to replace my TV but I haven't been contacted by HH Gregg yet. I called again today, 05/10, and was told that they would resubmit the information to HH Gregg to replace my Toshiba with a Hitachi. I told him that this is unacceptable that I did not want a Hitachi because the picture wasn't very good on that TV He replied that was the plan and more or less if I didnt' like it then it was my tough luck. So now I have to wait another 3 to 4 days for HH Gregg to contact me. We'll see what happens
