I, like many people tried the one time free sample. I cancelled the next shipment within three days. The ad states that you can cancel up to 14 days without getting the next shipment and without being charged. I returned the product like told by the help line and was told I would see a credit on my account.
It has now been 3 months and many emails and phone calls later and still have not seen a penny. Not to mention they have their product back and have probably sold my merchandise to some other victim.
