I signed on for a Nexiderm "Trail" sample in Aug.. I received this and my credit card was billed.in Oct., my credit card was billed for a Sept. Mailing of Nexiderm. I never received any. I contacted them by email. I attempted to call them but they are always too busy to speak with you and there is no voice mail.
In Oct., I received Nexiderm via the mail. I returned it, requesting that the cancel my account. I sent an email notifying them of the return. No response. No refund to my credit card. Again, I could not reach them by phone.
In Nov., I received more Nexiderm. I kept this shippment because they have not credited the Oct. Return. This time, I sent a certified letter, return receipt requested. I sent an email at the same time. I repeated the story in both mailings. The certified letter was signed for by a McKinney on 11/27/04. I included my email address in the letter. I have not received any type of response.
On 12/06/04, I filed a complaint via the Oakland BBB.
