I ordered, via the internet, a 7-day free supply of LeanLifePM, paying $6.95 shipping. Several weeks later, I received a shipment of 3 bottles of LeanLife, and an unauthorized charge of $99.90 to my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company and they filed a dispute.
I returned the three bottles to the address on the label (Ontario, CA). I sent proof of shipment to my credit card company. On December 23, my credit card company notified me that LeanLife replied to their inquiry, stating "The client ordered a trial bottle and did not cancel the auto shipment within the 14 days required. Therefore the 90 day supp. Y went out. Per our terms and conditions there are no refunds for the autoshipments. The account has been canceled and there will be no more charges to the account. Documentation to follow."
When trying to access the LeanLifePM website, all I get is a message stating the site is no longer available. Nothing, nothing, nothing was EVER received regarding an autoshipment, nor was it referenced on the website that I ordered the free sample!
