I had shipped out a custom computer through usps, They asked me! How much do you want it insured for. I told them $100.00 Im in retail business. When a good customer received the order the front case was smashed in. Hearing this though a telephone call, I shipped him out another case.
I had went to the post office to take care of this matter. They gave me there paper work, I wrote all the info down, Then i sent him all the copies in the mail,
He filled out his info, Then took it to the post
office. They inturn took pictures of it, 2 months later!
They tell me it is not in the system. It had left Zephyrhills Florida The delivery Confirmation Receipt # 0305 2710 0003 3471 9032 Dated FEB 11.
The insured mail receipt vf 579 969 906 us (two months later it is still not in there data base). Again i called getting the run-around go two the post office again, they tell me i will have to fill out another form, come on this is b/s how can someone making the money they make be so careless. When you enter
an insurance contract they ask you how much you want to insurethe item for. Then when you file the claim, they ask you how much you payed for it. What kinda scam is that. They talk about mail fraud. The item was shipped from zephyrhills fl

All the stress and anger over these over-paid employees, who cant keep track of paper work so they say. For the money they charge what lousy service. Not to nice on the phone either.
