Do not use Verizon - they are thieves. My flip phone broke when I dropped it - they refused to replace it, or substitute a refurbished phone. Then they refused to stop my plan without the $175 "early termination" ripoff.
Then they billed my plan for 3 to 4 extra months, then they sent this to a creidt collector, I complained to them plus the FTC, then they put this on my credit report and destroyed my credit.
Do Not Use Verizon! Write to FTC to get them to drop the "early termination" fees - these are consumer theft. No reputable company needs them!
