I was with Verizon for 6 years and they are going to charge me early termination fees on both of my phones $300!!! Because they SAY I am terminating early. This is abuse and they are using one change I did to my account to re-start the two years. This is apparently what they all do and it should definitely be illegal.
How can these companies get away with this, re-starting a time period just because you made a change. I only switched because they would not fix my voice-mail problem and it was affecting my work with clients. They apparently can do whatever they want and get away with it, where are our rights to expected service.
