VERIZON WIRELESS sold a flip phone which broke in a very short period of time. They refused to replace this phone without additional charges. I would like contact from others who have been sold a faulty flip phone by VERIZON WIRELESS and then VERIZON WIRELESS refused to replce the phone that was not fit for the usage it was sold for.
