We rented a truck and were told the truck's gas tank was full when we rented it. We went to replace the gas we burned, but stopped the pump at $25.00. Obviously, the tank could not have been full when we got the truck, despite what the gauge said.
The tank could not have been full when we rented the truck. There would have been physically no way to put that much gas into it after so few miles. When we asked the manager for a refund for the extra gas, he said no. When we tried to talk to him and explain the problem, he said "I don't want to talk to you." We said, "we have complaint and all we want is what's due." He called the police to have us thrown out of his store.
U-Haul is renting faulty equipment and making customers pay for it. Andy Srodawa stole money from his customers and threatened to have them arrested when the complained.
