We rented a truck for which we got an estimate of $140, we ended up paying $260 because all the hidden/fraudulent charges U-HAUL charged us. The truck was a piece of shit, with doors and windows that did not close, blinkers and seat belts did not work.
When we spoke to the f*ng manager she said the truck was "rentable". She charged us $40 for a 4th of a tank of diesel that should have been woth $5 and $20 for not dropping the contract off with the truck. All this for a two-way trip that shoul have costed $140. Any one who is looking for a rental truck should steer clear of U-HAUL,
