I bought a Motorola V710 in March (more than a year ago) with 2 rebates, Customer Appreciation Rebate and Customer Loyalty Rebate, each for 150.00.
I followed all the rules religiously, but the company paid only one of the rebates. It has found numerous "mistakes" in the 2nd rebate, fixed each one when I called 10 times and faxed in the same information as originally sent.
It is now over 6 months since they first received all the information and have a new "mistake" in my records. I have sent them all the information again.
