NPMG contacted me regarding "whole sale rates" in regards to my credit card processing and said that I had been "pre-qualified" to save 5,000.00 dollars a year. Now figuring this would be to good to be true I went against my better judgement and accepted the offer for a Account Executive to come and meet with me.
Well in walked Diana Moya she pulled out her handy laptop and after inputting a bunch of numbers said I would be able to save 3000.00 a year if I accepted her proposal and start processing all my credit cards at her one low rate of 1.75% she also included a. 20 cent trans action fee as well as a. 20 cent fee for all of my debit cards.
The only hich was that I would have to lease a terminal from her at 99.00 a month for 60 months. It was simply the cost of doing business she explained. Well I was in a rush and figured why not I could use an extra 3,000.00 so I signed the paper work and ask Diana if I would be able to cancel if the numbers didnt reurn what she had promised. She said I could cancel at any time with out penalty so I figured I had nothing to lose.
Fast forward 2 months I start recieving statements that have all kinds of crazy fees on them that I had never seen before and had no idea what they were. Although I did have a rate of 1.75% I also had a rate of 3.0% and 4.0% with the vast majority of my business falling under the 4.0% rate!!!
And all those debit transaction she promised I would only spend. 20 cents a transaction on? NON-EXISTENT!!! I have tried to call NPMG a million times or so and oddly enough noone answers there phones... EVER!!! After calling the lease company and being told there is no way to cancel the lease with out buying it out for oh 5,100.00 I'm basicaly stuck!!!
Diana Moya stated she would save me 349.00 a month before my equipment cost.in reality she is now costing me over 200.00 a month more then I was paying with my old company!!! DIANA MOYA IS A LIAR AND A THIEF avoid her at all costs or you will be the next victom of her scam!!!
Apparantly some people don't need to sleep at night and Diana Moya is one of them. Be warned Diana Moya is in the Dallas area and although she may look innocent and trust worthy. She is in fact a DISHONEST SCAM ARTIST.
