I invested nearly $200,000 with Gino Moya (Humberto Moya) of Creative Development Network Inc. I found out that he didn't use my money as promised and I haven't been able to get paid back. I can't even get any records of how he used my money. He said that he doesn't have my money to pay me back right now.
