Diana L. Suarez is not what she says she is. She claims to work at a law office in Los Angeles, but when you question her, she tells you, she already told you. I never got straight answers from her, she's a fast talker.
Diana offered to prepare a civil suit, file it at the court house, and if needed a lawyer at the low cost of $550.00 She clarified as soon as she received the full payment, the papers would be filled and ready to serve with in the week. Naive to the law I gave her the money in cash. I called Diana for the papers to serve, but always received the same answer, "I'll be there buy the end of the week".
Weeks turned into months. Diana always had an excuse: I don't work weekends, I have a Doctors appointment, my son got into a car accident, my daughter is having a baby, etc. I then told Diana that it seemed there was so much going on in her life, maybe we should forget about the case, and she should return the money. Diana reassured me that she had already filed the paper at court, and served at no charge to me. She also said she was not going anywhere and in her words, "I am not a crook".
Diana on 2 occations asked me for more money. When I told her I was paid in full, all of a sudden my case was put on the back burner. After a month of not hearing from Diana, I left her a message either she gives me a copy of the civil case or my money back. Diana was so upset, I didn't trust her, she was no longer able to help me. I asked her for my money back again, and ofcourse she needed a week to return the money.
After 5 months of calls, letters, and threats Diana returned the money. Unfortunatly while researching on how to get my money back, I found other victims. Diana chooses naive people, the ones that won't fight back when being ripoff. She finds these people by asking questions. My was "are you shattered glass" I didn't answer her so she assumed I was weak.
BEWARNED, do not do any legal business with this woman. Diana is a fraud! She walks like a crook, she talks like a crook, she is a CROOK!
