We filed a civil complaint in Riverside County Superior Court against Gino (Humberto) Moya of Creative Development Network, Inc. We are alleging that Moya perpetrated fraud against us and we are out approximately $160,000. Complaints have also been filed with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office and other investigating authorities.
We are alleging that our investment was to be utilized for a condo conversion near Spokane, WA. But we found out and are alleging that Gino (Humberto) Moya of Creative Development Network, Inc. Never used our money as promised, nor has he returned our money nor will he show us how he used our money.
