I ordered 2 scent stories disc the are used in the new freebreeze machine. One was exploring moutain trail for 5.99 and the other was celebrate the holidays (rare) for 12.99 with shipping I paid 25.97. I received the exploring mountain trails and flower garden which was listed at 5.99 at the site. I tried several emails, no response. I called the number they had on the web page, it was someones cell phone. I did receive an email tellimg me to return the item. I refused as I had already spent alot of money on this. They didn't offer postage to send the item back. I sucked it up and sent them an email saying I would keep the disc I didn't order, but wanted a refund of 7.00 for thd difference between the two, 5.99-12.99 = 7.00.. To date 3/15/06 no money or answer... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it took several emails and 1 call to get them to respond. I realize the error and accept it, but I paid for a rare disc and was sent one which was 7.00 cheaper... I want my difference sent to me. ANy help would be great. Thank you.
