On March 9th ASAP Tree and Stump Removal Services were contracted to remove three trees from a yard in Roswell. A price was given from the description of the trees and their location on the property. The work was to be done Saturday, March 11th. When the service arrived on the property, the quote was drastically changed. A visitor to the property, who had no authority to make any decisions, told them the price was fine and to go ahead. Out of town, we called to check on the progress and were told about the visitor making the decision and the changed in the price. When questioned, the owner started yelling, using profanity and threatening to us to court, because his crew had already started. He had hung up on us several times during the conversation and in the end did not complete the work. The price quoted for three trees wound up being for one, and that tree was left with a stump sticking out of the ground nearly a foot.in short, this was the most unprofessional, dishonest company I have ever dealt with, and I am a major Commercial Construction Project Manager. I will never recommend nor endorse the company.
