On march 6 apex tree service came out to cut down 2 trees in my yard. Then after the trees were removed we were told that he would have someone come and grind the tree stump down and the roots b/c this is what we had paid for; however he had someone come and grind the tree stumps but the roots remain un touched and i would like that company to come and either finish the job or return part of the money that did not cover that job so i can have my yard back to normal. That's it and i have been calling the owner Kevin Vautrot and he blocked out my number and other numbers that we have called him on and when i do try to call from a different number and he answers and when i began to say my name he hangs up on me..
