This agency always has a different policy everytime I go to rent a truck... This time I wanted to rent a truck that has a sign on it for $29.95 a day. I needed it for two days... I reserved it for the two days. An hour later I recd a fone call and Harry told me that they cant rent the truck for two days, that I would have to rent it for 8 hours, return it at the end of the 8 hours, then come and pick it up the next day, rent it for 8 hours and then return it again at the end of 8 hours. But I would have to pay $. 69 a mile, and the $29.95 for each day... But Harry. Its $29.95 a day, not 8 hours. The last time I tried to rent a truck, Harry told me that he could only rent the truck for a two way rental, where I only needed the truck for only a few hours this time... Harry always has a different story.
I feel they misrepresent, they run a lousy business, have lousy policies, which therefore tells me, not to try to rent from them anymore, and go to another truck rental agency. Theonly reason I go to them is because they are two miles from me, and is convient, but I would rather drive 50 miles to the next town, rather than listen to Harry's stories.
I read their rebuttals, and I read bull crap. If they have to go thru that much work to maintain their business, and their operation, they should maybe try to sell pencils instead of rent trucks. U-Haul... You Suck
