Cancelled the monthly subscription fee over their automated phone system on 10/31. Automated phone system accepted cancellation request.
Continued to receive bill on my credit card.
Noticed bill after 4 months.
Called to again to cancel. Pressed "0" to talk to a customer representative and cancel fees.
Customer representative says that you have to wait on the line after the automated phone system accepts the cancellation and talk to a customer representative to actually cancel your membership.
