HRS Costco ripoff, charged interest and pentalty and did not receive any bills the business that doesn't give a dam City of Industry California

I purchased items at Costco, 9/27/01, and did not receive any bills through Paytrust. I then received a bill through Paytrust that stated that I owed plus, the monthly pentalty and interest each month. This is approx 6 months and then I get this bill that states I owe $180.00 on top of the purchase because I did not pay the bill.
