TMobil TMobile created a non-existant address for me, would not correct it, and so Rebates Denied! Rotten Customer Service ripoff

I ordered three phones and T Mobil service by way of an intermediary company back in mid. I was to get two rebates for each phone, the second a good sizable rebate. Months later, I still wish I had those rebates.
But I never got a statement from TMobl. They called to say I had not paid. I asked for a bill. They called. I asked for a bill. I finally just sent money to TMobil every month, enough to cover the bill, but I could not get a statement from TMobil.

After a good many calls, T Mobil agreed to send me all my statements to my office address. When they arrived, I looked at them and saw a non-existent address for me on the statements. TMobil had "created" an address with my street address mixed with a neighboring city and zip. These two cities' zip code delivery boundries intermix in some confusing ways, and the local post offices never forward mail with the wrong city and zip; they just return it. The idea seems to be that if the postal service forwards mail wrongly addressed, the sender will never learn and correct future mailings.
That is why I am alway most careful when givng addresses. I know my address.

But TMobil, somehow, got it mixed in with the adjacent zip code. I suspect they used some sort of computer system that matches steet addresses to zip codes, and so TMobil "incorrected" my correct address.
My rebate deadlines expired with never a statement received, and paid statements were a requirement for the rebate. I had paid all that was due, just didn't have any statements!

This did not make me happy.

But what infuriated me was that through hours of phone calls and many, many letters to TMobil and that worthless BBB in New Mexico, I was lied to, over and over. TMobil insisted I had given them this wrong address (it does not exist in the physical world) and as time went by, TMobil insisted that the address had never changed on the account!

TMobil also insisted that they promptly process and register all statements returned to them by the post office, and so it could not be true that the statements were returned - I must have gotten them or someone must be stealing my mail. Right! A thief who each month takes only one piece of mail - the TMobil statement!
I worked my way up to a lady who was supposedly the most senior of all customer service reps. She was the worst of all! Life is too short to deal with a company that treats customers this way!
