My phone has bars when not using the phone but as soon as I call someone the bars disappear and a call cannot be made and a "x" appears, and I also took screen shots to prove it. With dialing it is a cat and mouse game. When I go into the internet I get connection failed and I have proof of that. I often get voicemails without a incoming call because the service is terrible and I have the voicemails time and dates on my phone for proof with zero in incoming calls. I often send out messages that don't go thru with notifications that they didn't and I have proof that as well. I've done many trouble shooting as well had replacement sim cards and devices sent out to me and still have the same problem. Customer support in the loyalty department does not care and my only options are to pay$200 to get out of my contract or pay $400-$500 to receive a different model or get the "low end" lumia 521 that is worse then the sensation HTC I have! I will never renew my contact! The price is nice but not when you can't use the phone when you need it. Apparently I need to move near the tmobil towers to have a working cell phone.
