About 10 minutes after activating my acount with Sirius, I decided I did not want to keep their services (reason is unimportant). I spoke to a customer service agent and was told I would be issued a refund for the $17.95 that I was charged.
A couple of weeks go by and still no refund. I call back and they tell me no one had a chance to "get around to it", but that it would get taken care of right away. Another two weeks have passed, and still no refund. I would not be surprised if this is their company policy: simply do not issue refunds untill people call back X number of times.
